  • After 5 years of waiting to own my very first Tacoma TRD Off Road has finally paid off! After reading ALOT of negative reviews and the usual demeanour everyone has against car salesmen, I walked into their office already planning to question everything they had to say. But surprisingly I met Christian Pagan, an energetic bright dude who immediately asked what I was looking for and then brings the truck around, tells me to hop in and take it for a spin without so much of asking for my driver's license! Not only was I test driving within 2 minutes of getting there, he lists everything the truck had, what it could have that I wanted and after we got back, within 15mins he worked around a great deal. It was too good to be true. So worry settled in and got kinda worse when I got exactly the payments plan ($459/month) and all the accessories I wanted! Lol (My advice is to go with GAP and tire protection for sure!) So I waited for my accessories (Tube Step/Mud Guards) to arrive with antsy anticipation..meanwhile calling Christian almost everyday to double check everything...I mean this dude had the patience of a saint! He answered all my questions and worked with the Parts and Device department to confirm when the parts will arrive AND scheduled my appointment for me! Then I met his boss, Robert Fernandez. I simply asked if I could get All-weather mats instead of the carpet ones and he said "Sure!" without even blinking! FREE?! WOW! Christian and Robert have seriously wiped clean all my doubts of great sales people out there who really want to help people buy their dream cars and I want to thank them for just being truly awesome! Now I'm waiting for my appointment and Christian has my complete trust to help me if any future questions arise. The perfect truck, the perfect payments and my dream sales team! Thank you. FYI: The Blazing Blue 2016 Tacoma TRD Off-Road 2X4 (rightfully named "Xalon") is super awesome!!!
