  • I hate to do this, but the other recent reviews are true. Peter Fagan (and his team or lack there of as Jenny is gone now) are not reliable any more. I have been his client for about 3 years and the first year was fine. However in the past two years it has been delay after delay and excuse after excuse. I do believe Peter that he has some health and personal issues to deal with over the past two years. What's unacceptable is making empty promises. Last years filing was not mailed in properly when I get notifications of missing documents. That was after taking months to complete. This year I brought in my file to complete my taxes in May. And as of today Nov 21 more than 6 months later, they are still not complete. Most recently he sent me final filing to be review and it was littered with errors. At this point I'm throwing in the towel and looking for a new accountant. PM me if you have any suggestions. I wish Peter a full recovery and the best of health, but he's not getting my business again.
