  • Terrible food and poor reaction by owner to return it to the kitchen. The Chicken Parmesan was tough and we refused it and ordered mussels. Mussels were tough and dry. When the bill came we had been charged for the item returned. The owner knew we had a problem with the food and we asked to talk with him and basically he argued with us. There were three of us and as a group we have probably returned food less than five times in our collective lifetimes. There was no apology, no trying to understand the issue, no attempt to satisfy the customer. We are neighbors looking for a good neighborhood spot. Too bad. We will not return and will communicate with our neighbors. I anticipate a restaurant closure within a few months. Attitude is everything as well as listening to your customers and working to meet their needs.
