  • Last week I called Lance from "multi protection service specialists". Him and his wife came the same day to take measurements and give me an estimate. He said they were very busy, but will try to schedule me as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to come and do the installation on the 3rd day of my initial contract with him. Throughout the whole time he communicated with me on a daily basis to make sure that I was comfortable with everything he was planning to do including that I am ok with him bringing helpers that work with him. The whole installation was done in 1 day and he even upgraded the security film from 8mm to 8.5 mm without any additional charges, on already low price he was able to give me initially. Lance was very professional and pleasant to work with, making sure that he explained every step and giving me additional tips. The next day he called me to follow up to make sure everything was ok and told me to call him anytime if I had any questions or needed anything pertaining to the security film installation. I would definitely recommend Lance and his company for security film installation. I felt very comfortable with him and he gave me the best price from the few quotes that I got previously. Thank you Lance for the great service.
