  • Saw a special for a motorcycle tire service for $39.99 and asked if they could pickup my bike up from my house around the corner literally 2 miles... they told me it would be $49.99 roundtrip I specifically asked if it would be dropped off AND picked UP. They said YES. When the bike was complete I came to find out that they wanted to double charge me to have it dropped off!! The manager quickly got the owner on the phone, he sounded like a young kid....Spoke to the owner Robert and he was extremely rude absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Told me Flat out that I am not a customer he wants to work with. He is obviously not a people person and should leave the customer relations to a third party. I am talking directly to you Robert you need help if you are going to make it in this business. You may want to hire a sales professional or someone who knows how to work with customers because you obviously have no clue. I won't be coming back or sending any referrals here. I won't be surprised if this place goes out of business soon with amazing shops like Ride Now and Bob Parsons taking over the AZ motorcycle nation. He is a class act Robert. You my friend are a snake in the grass. I hope your business fails and I will do everything in my power to help in that pursuit. Good luck.
