I've used them for the last year since moving to Chandler. It's peaceful, friendly (they remember your name) and they let you sit in the chair to dry
I always loved going except when I got one woman who pressures me to get "gels". (her name is hard to pronounce and spell). She keeps asking and raising her voice each time. Once she shouted, "Why not gels? You cannot afford?" By my 3rd fill I was fed up with being harassed and shouted back, "do not ever ask me again to get gels!" The management did not apologize.
