  • This was inside the Hard Rock hotel where we stayed for a conference. Not many choices in that hotel especially when most are booked due to the conference and we can't go too far. I've had Pink Taco in LA and felt like it was so much better. In vegas, the lines go out the door but there were so many empty tables so either they need to have more kitchen and table staff or they just need to get people seated more quickly! We just walked right in for the open bar seating instead which was plentiful and way quicker. Ordered the enchiladas with the poblano sauce which was pretty good! Had some guacamole on the side but it was just okay. Overall the place would be nicer if service was better since the food was pretty okay.
