rev:text	DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could give negative stars I would. Eddie Flores claims to have a great BBB rating, when in fact his BBB accreditation was revoked for an unresolved claim (I learned this just after work started on my project). He claims to be licensed when in fact he is not. His web site says satisfaction guaranteed - don't believe it! I hired this company to do work in my front and back yards, including removing the grass in my back yard and replacing it with gravel and some low water use shrubs and ground cover. He showed up with his crew on Day 1 and was personally never on the job again. I won't list all of my complaints here except to say I have grass growing ALL OVER MY BACK YARD. The plastic sheeting the crew used to prevent regrowth was inadequate and incorrectly installed. They fixed a leaking irrigation valve then incorrectly wired the controller so for the first week (until I discovered the problem) none of my new plants were getting water. One shrub was planted and had no water source. Several plants have died; others have been swallowed up by the grass in my back yard. Eddie never checked in with me after the work was completed to see if I was satisfied. He repeatedly said via txt messages that he would be out to address my complaints - until he stopped responding to my texts, phone calls and emails. He ignored my demand letter. I expected to get what I paid for. My bad. Don't use this company. Tell your friends not to use this company.
