  • We called them out last month bc our garage door was not working properly they put in new rollers and 2 weeks later I closed the garage and 4 of the rollers fell out. We called them back since they put them in thinking they would make it right. It took 3 weeks for them to get a new garage door then gave us a time frame of 2-6 to come out. At 5:45 we get a call they're not going to make it out!!! Then the next day they called and said we're out of the openers!!!! They had 3 weeks to check and see I think they were just trying to pull a fast one on us. Said they would upgrade I of course did reviews the opener they tried to upgrade was a 2/3 star review opener. I will never recommend them to help anyone else. They offered us a $50 credit but what's $50 when you call off work to wait on them and are paying over $1000 for service???
