  • We've been staying at this hotel for about one year now and we love it. The staff know us by name, but they were attentive even the first time we rolled up. My husband was very sick and they allowed us to check in so we could get some sleep. IT was obvious he was sick and they helped me with valet and took our bags to the room. Because of our stay in Charlotte we became Platinum members of IHG and they make sure they treat us even better. JJ is so friendly at the front desk. Luke the bellman and Duran that gets the car. During the riots we felt we should call and check that they were all okay. My husband had a procedure and after 27 hours without sleep I went to check in at 10am to sleep. They let me check in early giving me a room on a quiet floor and bringing my bags up for me so I could get some rest. I cannot brag enough about the hotel. The restaurant that is attached is a different story. But the hotel is wonderful.
