  • The move in date was Aug 19th, three days before school starts. At this late of a date I expected a moderately clean apartment, since they had so much time to clean up right? But on the day that my roommates and I moved in. The apartment was the worst one in my experience to move in: The floor was covered in at least 3 layers of dirt and grime; It took us a whole evening just to scrub everything down to acceptable levels. The bathroom floors were even worse to clean up and the shower curtain rod literally came off the wall. There was hair everywhere along the staircase. I highly doubt anyone ever cleaned the apartment after the previous tenants left. The AC was leaking and had a huge ball of ice around it. It took till today, five days, for CPM to send people to fix it. Two dressers and a writing desk were broken and were just left in the rooms. One of the dining chairs was broken, and my bed frame's wheels simply weren't there. The kitchen light still isn't working after we switched light bulbs, and CPM has yet to fix it. It's been a huge disappointment moving in with CPM, and I would not recommend them at all.
