What horrible customer service. We were there on a Sunday looking for a sofa table and another piece of furniture which of course they didn't have in stock! They never do. We ordered the one piece of furniture and was told someone would contact us when it was ready to be picked up. Whatever. No one called us and it is now late afternoon on Thursday. So my husband calls and is told that it is the sales person's responsibility. Again, whatever! Now he gets there to pick it up and decides to look around for a different sofa table. He finds what he likes and "SHOCKING" they have some in stock!!! Ok, he pays for it and collects both pieces and comes home. Open the box for the sofa table and one of the pieces has so many nicks on that it looks like it was banged around. He calls and asks if someone can bring us a new one. Nope! You'll have to bring it back and we will give you another one. Seriously? So he goes ALL THE WAY BACK to exchange it AGAIN! Comes home and guess what? This one has one piece that the gash in the wood looks line someone took the end of the pointy part of the hammer and just dug a deep chunk of the wood!! WTF!!!! Who inspects these pieces!!! He calls and asks for a manager and well their so called customer service, bring it back and we will give you some kind of discount. I don't know why because we don't want that piece of furniture and we will NOT be going back to buy anything anymore. We've bought a lot of furniture from them and all with some sort of issue or another or another or another. Furniture of America, puhlease!!!!!
