  • I never leave one star reviews. I called this shop to inquire about the turnaround time on their tailoring service and was barked at over the phone by the owner that I should go across the street behind an ally if I wanted it fast and cheap. This is horrendous, what a complete joke! I don't care how "high end" you think you are, you still work in customer service you geriatric scab! Update: So this old bag of bones thought it was appropriate to try to intimidate me in my inbox LOL - how bout this, I won't be intimidated and I'll be making sure this review gets the attention it should Bc it's 100% true. Also newsflash: slander is lying to cause detriment to your biz or reputation, this was a matter of opinion not a lie. Try again! Also the word you were looking for was libel, which this is not.
