  • We usually always stay at the Flamgino when in Vegas. You really can't beat the price for the location on the strip. You wouldn't catch me in one of the FAB rooms tho. We always upgrade to the GO room and they are always super nice and at least moderately clean, like nothing disgusting like I've read in other reviews. We were on the top floor with a strip view which was awesome. There was some super loud music every night till probably like four ish AM. I think it was coming from Drai's across the street? Idk we never really figured it out but there wasn't really anything else that near that would be making that much noise. We were out for the most part but if you were trying to go to bed at like midnight or whatever it would definitely be annoying. We used the kiosk to check in and it took literally less than three minutes and we were on our way with our room keys. No issues with the timeshare people but I think we probably look too young so they weren't interested in us at all which was totally fine Our AC blew extra cold which wasn't an issue for us as we usually sleep with it cold anyways but we did call down for some extra blankets pretty late one night and they were brought up within like 10 minutes which was nice We always had an issue with the cell service here but that's like everywhere in Vegas, too many people and not enough cell towers maybe Either way, we always enjoy staying at the Flamingo and have really had none of the issues in previous reviews In short- always always upgrade your room and never ever eat the buffet
