I called to see if a ball joint that I had pressed in could be pressed further in or replaced with a new one that I had. The tech came out and after looking at it said it couldn't. I asked to pop out and install the other one, and he said he didn't have time. (The guy I scheduled the appointment with earlier said it could be done)
I was still charged $85, and the tech did nothing. I shouldn't have been charged for them not doing the work discussed. I now have to take it somewhere to get pressed and have to pay someone AGAIN to have it done right.

Spoke with Carter and it turned out to be a miscommunication. They came out and made it right. Great customer service.
