  • I would not go back to this 'Spa'. I put that in quotations because it was just a rediculous experience for me. First off, its in the basement, it just felt strange going down into this dungeon of a place. The decor was ...non exsistant....it included tacky Roman looking items placed around the room with sponge painted beige walls. I went there to get a manicure and a massage. I booked an appointment closer to the end of the day becuase thats when they had time for me. My massage was not relaxing in the slightest because the lights were not dimmed, it was cold in the room and I was totally uncomfortable the entire time. Now onto the manicure...I was left 'soaking' for way longer than I thought needed. Then she finally came back and proceeded to massage my hands so roughly that I flinched and asked her to please be more gentle. She was annoyed I even spoke apparently. She scraped and buffed my nails until I was flinching once more. By this point I just wanted to leave. She put nail polish on me and stuck my hands under a drying and took off...leaving me sitting there for 45 MINS! She didnt come back until I finally got up and went looking for her. Rediculous! It was really obvious that they were more interested in gabbing to eachother and getting ready to leave for the day than paying attention to the people PAYING them... Never will I go back to this place. It was a total rip off and not worth a penny of my money.
