  • I hired J Dewey to do a pre drywall inspection on a home I'm building in Gilbert. My inspector was Steve who is also one of the owners and noticed he was very meticulous about what he does. He thoroughly went through the home documenting all the items very clearly. He also took pictures of everything. Once completed he printed multiple copies of his report. He went over the entire document walking around the entire house showing me all his concerns. Although my home's inspection was rather good, there were items which Steve found that needed attention and explained to me why. As a new home builder this inspection gave me documented material to show my builder who can then address those items.
