  • WORST banks to bank with anymore! I have my business accounts with B of A and no matter what branch I go to, you wait on average 30 min in line just to process a transaction. Seems like they are trying to get people to use the ATMs for most transactions and limiting tellers. There are only ever two tellers at any time at any branch. Therefore you end up with excessive lines and awful service. Often times a banker asking everyone what they are in line for and suggesting to use an ATM. Clearly they don't want to pay tellers anymore to offer a more personal banking experience. And "NO MA'AM I do not want to use the ATM as it puts holds on the several thousand dollar checks I deposit when deposited with a teller there are no holds.... B of A you clearly don't care about your customer experience. We're just numbers and deposits to you, just change your name to Bank of ATMs
