  • Despite no other patients there when I came in and two doctors available, everything took forever. Nurse and doctor talking and laughing while we wait in a room for help. I look out and see them holding stuff for my treatment and just talking casually as if they have nothing to do. One nurse could not put in stitches, so dr. took over, fortunately; another nurse stuck herself and had to report it. Competency in question at this place. Neither dr. nor nurse told me I needed to have stitches covered, and said everything was done when it was not; so I was called back from the waiting room to have covering done. Paper work took forever and then they forgot to give it to me!
