rev:text	Ok. I've been doing an experiment as of late. For the past 4 months, I've made a point of asking simple questions to TTC employees with the hope of getting anything that resembles a pleasant response. 0 for 10. That's right. ZERO. The question is simple. "What train do I take to get to such and such location". Not once was I met with anything other than a sneer, silence, a reluctant and frustrated half answer or, the classic point at an entrance with a giant sigh. Jesus. You'd think these people were shovelling shit for ten cents a day in Siberia. I know you have to put up with assholes all day. And that sucks. But you know what? So do I. Every single day. We all do. So for the love of god, suck it up and realize that you actually have it pretty good. You have a job. It pays ok. You're protected by a union. You hand out tokens all day or night. Count yourself lucky. Outside your little subterranean bubble, people are busting their asses for half of what you're making. And you know what? They grin and bare it. Hell, my grandmother worked in a paper mill her entire life but I assure you she never barked at someone for asking her a question. No one told you to get into the world of token dispensing. But you did. So do it and be thankful that you can put food on the table every night. Man that felt good. But only until I realized that this is one area that a petty yelp complaint certainly can't affect. But if you asked me a question about it, I assure you I wouldn't chew your head off.
