  • My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and thought it was a great hotel for families. There are too many things to mention so I will list them below! PROS - Free shuttle every half hour (example: 9:30, 10:30 etc) to and from the Strip (drop off is at the Miracle Mile Shops in Planet Hollywood) - Free shuttle to the airport every top of the hour (example: 10:00, 11:00 etc) - Free breakfast - a cook to order omelette bar and on Saturdays there is a buffet that serves hash browns, eggs etc. - Complimentary Happy Hour for 21+ and under 21 - 2 drinks per room (tip well and you'll be able to get more drinks!) and light snacks - Free Wifi if you are an HH member, although we found the Wifi to be super slow and the front desk didn't really do much to help - Housekeeper on day 1 of our stay was SUPER friendly and organized everything in our room! - Driver on day 1 and day 4 of our stay was so friendly! - Free Internet access with printers if you need to print out boarding passes etc - Swans! No really, their names were Elvis and Priscilla :) CONS - Older hotel - Bathroom and appliances were a bit rusty and definitely needed some updating - Bathtub was clogged! So gross - Shower head was screeching for some odd reason - Lines for the breakfast were LONG (a baseball team and a sorority were staying at the hotel the same time we were and it took about 30 minutes to get to the front of the line) The only real problem was the bathroom that needed updating. Other than the bathroom, I would definitely stay at this hotel again, especially if you have a family. In the end, you would be saving a ton of money on breakfast and transportation if you have more than 3 + people!
