  • Worse experience ever. Very unprofessional sales managers. John chapman and other guy named Sanchez. Made an counter offer as most people do when they buy a vehicle, was declined and asked them to give me and my friend a call if they would like to take that offer. Then John ignited into a rampage and started cursing and yelling at me for wasting their time. Yelling what kind of person was I for not buying their vehicle and that the sales lady had kids to feed. Then Sanchez was talking to my friend who was actually making the purchase and he proceeded to tell me in a very disrespectful way "can I talk to her your not buying the vehicle". I would not recommend this place to anyone or would I ever step foot on this place. Felt very hostile and uncomfortable. If I could I would not even give this place 1 star Idk how to respond to your response...don over reacted before she ever agreed to the price we were trying to negotiate. I understand you guys want to show your professionalism, but 2 of your Higher people (to my knowledge) that makes the "Final Decision" we're the worst people to ever treat any customer. I once again stand by my rating. If I had proof of the altercation it would have been on the news. I hope if this ever happens again some records it and gets it out to show the type of people that are working there. Not once did anyone that was directly involved made an attempt to apologize or even apologize to my friend for that experience that night. So to the person who writes me back I'm sorry but I will continue to deny any customer your way.
