  • As of tonight, worst customer service. Their server went down and could not take cards. Instead of the manager : Carla. Being apologetic and offered an apology to the customers she just turned her face and says sorry and continues doing what she was doing she doesn't even take the time to stop address the customers and apologize for the servers being down. I felt bad for the two cashiers, we could tell by their faces that they felt embarrassed to have such unprofessional and rude leader.
