Had dinner there last Sunday, definitely not worth it. A lot of the food is institutional grade, I'm not sure they make much of anything. The red sauce on the spaghetti is canned I think, the cheesecake has a funny taste, and the Mexican - con cuidado mi amigo! The guac is like the stuff from the tube at Taco Bell or Del Taco or one of those places. Shrimp tasted like it was frozen too long or refrozen or something, it was rubbery and bland. The pesto ravioli was good. Crab rangoon wasn't. Brazilian Churrasco was tough. Overall I think about 1/3 of the food is OK, nothing outstanding.
I think for lunch it's OK from my experience. $13 is worth it. There's enough to pick from to make that work. But it's been a while since I've had lunch there so I reserve my rec for a future visit.
For dinner, skip. Find a better place.
And don't bother playing the slot machines on your way to the buffet, this is by far the tightest casino I've ever visited. THe guy next to me won $10,050, I kept wondering how many tens of thousands he spent to win that.
