  • I conduct business a lot at GN such as today. Like always I parking in parking garage but for some reason the elevators WERE NOT working today at all. There were no obvious signs as to tell the parking patrons of the broken elevators. I am parked at the TOP FLOOR IN THE SWELTERING SUN. I had observers several groups of people young and old, mainly older because that's there demographic who stay and gamble here and they will get sick from being in the 110 degree heat and no monger be alive to spend money in your establishment. I was getting physically ill just waiting in the non shaded spot atop of the parking garage. Decided to take stairs and what do you know many others young and old had same issues with elevators not working and no signs clearly posted as to lack of service. Please GN management hire better employees who fix and attend the elevators and put out warning signs when elevators are down just common sense don't you think. What will your demographic of seniors in electric scooters and wheel chairs who park in your garage do if they cannot get to there cars?
