  • I have been using Annas housekeeping for several years but this will be the last time. I booked for 3 hours. The girl who arrived was nice but aloof. When I came back she was sitting on the sofa. The place looked clean but when I looked closer, it was a very poor job. Toilet bowl still dirty. Counter tops still dirty and and she cleaned around the items on the counter .Didnt move anything. Put a dirty pan in the oven. Floors still dirty in certain spots. Spots i assumed would be cleaned. I found a shelf from the floor( waiting to be attached to wall) on top of another floating shelf I called to complain and was met with no understanding. Anna kept defending her and putting the blame on me for waiting too long (last was Oct) to have my place cleaned. She also said I needed more that 3 hours . I reiterated that she was sitting on my sofa when I returned. That did not seem to phase her. She then pointed out that I had complained 2 years ago as she had my file! Nice touch! Then she defended her worker by telling me I should have looked at the work more closely. I had a woman several months ago that did a fabulous job. I believe that the younger girls do not know the difference between wiping and cleaning. I will no longer use this service for 2 reasons: the work is sub standard and the boss is unwilling to accept complaints
