  • I came into the ER on a Thursday evening and was told that the "wait wouldn't be long" but ended up waiting 7 hours. I get waits can be long and unpredictable in the ER, but maybe don't give people false hope? The registration process was chaotic and the waiting room smelled like a wet dog. Once I finally got in I did see a wonderful doctor who was genuinely concerned about my case, and sent me home with drugs, a specialist referral, and a list of tests to ask my GP to run. While the care I eventually received was good, I would not choose to come back to this hospital again if it could be avoided.
