| - When it comes to bad reviews, you really have to go out of your way to make me take time out of my schedule to write one, but I figured I would be doing other folks wondering about this company a favor.
One man initially knocked on my door to say he was going to test the water and get results delivered, and for my time give me a $25 gift card to a few places. Scheduled a time to come back and everything. I figured they were selling something but wouldn't quite be the experience it turned out to be. They then called me to make sure me (and my wife) were home to get the results and gift card dropped off. Absolutely no mention of a sales guy coming to pitch us for an hour.
Sales guy (Parker) arrives with a briefcase of test items and immediately sits down at my kitchen table. He saw that my wife was doing laundry and said, "I'll just wait here until she is done". I told him you can talk to me, that's fine. Right after this our youngest (1-year old) starts crying as it's around the time he gets up. As my wife goes to attend to him, this guy has the nerve to say, "well get it and come back". When we both look at each other in shock and tell me one of us is enough, he goes into this tirade of, "well I can leave, if you guys aren't interested I can just go now, etc" The absolute worst first impression I've encountered in my 30+ years on earth. Because my wife and I were recently talking about getting something done anyway, I held my tongue and asked about the product. He continued to try and argue about my wife being there because she does the laundry and is part of the budget, etc. I had to let this challenged person know that I am more than capable of having a one on one conversation with him. When he persisted I said either show this to me or this is it.
So he does all of these different tests, which were honestly impressive over the course of about 30 minutes. At the end of it he talked prices, etc. So he tells me I'm going to get the gift card and I'll be back while you and your wife talk about it. We decide we need to think about it and guess what? No gift card. I didn't even ask for it. When I tell him we need longer to think about it, he starts packing up his stuff pissed off saying, "In all my years I've done this demonstration only twice (obvious lie) and I wasted an hour here". I told him I am in sales also and this isn't how you do business with potential customers. He then asks, "well does your wife want it, It's a yes or a no, not a think about it, etc". I told him over and over again we will think about it. When he realized I wasn't going to buy then and there he says, "scarp all of the money plans we talked about, it's just going to be 7K" in a pissed off way. Last thing he says was, "I was trying to help you".
Let me just say that Parker's entire demeanor, insults, sales tactics, and way of doing business completely destroyed any chances of me ever wanting to work with this shady company. He was the face of the business and told me everything I needed to know.
