  • If I could give negative stars I would! Best Buy: masters of art of grabbing the business and not delivering as promised. "Promised" to deliver appliances on Saturday. When they were reminded on Friday, they pleaded ignorance of the delivery. Again "promised" to deliver to one appliance on Saturday. Failed!! Then "promised" to deliver two appliances on Monday. Monday rolls around and they only delivered ONE appliance. No commitments when rest would be delivered! Stay away! Pathetic! Ridiculous!
