  • Was a member for over 2 years and I never had a problem until this new manager. I actually brought someone in with me and they were signing up. I started asking questions about my costs every month compared to what the new costs were. The girl at the front counter was helping me when the manager came up. She was rude and condescending so I walked away. I went over to where the person I brought in was signing up and because the way I was treated we were debating on wether or not to have her sign up. We started talking about options when the manager came right up to us and starting spouting out that she doesn't know what my problem is. I told her she was being rude and condescending and she began to argue with me. That's when the woman I was with told her "you're doing it now, you're arguing with a customer" the manager then said "I don't believe this I'm just walking away from you now" I then Filled out my form to quit and went home to call customer service. And then found that there is no customer service. I called another local branch and talked to a manager who told me that a district manager would call me back. Well that was 2 weeks ago and no call. So we found another gym Crunch Fitness in the waterfront. Newer machines, friendly people and no awful damp smell there. So I'm really happy that she treated me this way or I would have put up with the mediocre service, building and equipment here.
