| - I am only leaving 3 starts because the employees at every branch I have been to are super helpful and friendly.
However, when it comes to the credit card department, I am giving them zero stars. I have received the worst customer service from MidFirst Bank via telephone. I have requested now four times to have a Credit Card mailed out to me. Multiple supervisors have failed at the task to expedite the card.
I first requested the card July 19th, and should have been mailed out July 20th. It is now August 11, and I still have not received a credit card the four times I have requested it. I am tired of being told, wait 48 hours for a call back, and I do not receive a call back from anyone at any time. I am tired of being told that the representatives are sorry for the inconvenience. This is beyond and inconvenience and to the point where I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I am requesting to be compensated for the inconvenience that has been given to me.
There is no excuse as to why I still receive the statements at my home address, but cannot receive a credit card in the mail. I have been a member with MidFirst bank for years now.
I currently called today and spoke to Catina, a floor supervisor, and she said she put in the form correctly and I should receive a card Monday. I expressed what an inconvenience it was and she simply said "is there anything else I can do for you?"
I am sticking to Navy Federal, and other banks. MidFirst is not even a last resort, just do not bank with them.. period!
