  • I had an enclosed sun room installed by Booth Built. It continually leaks every time it rains. It was originally caulked when installed. They came out 2 times after that due to leaks. They were to come again and caulk it a 3rd time and I waited a couple weeks for this appointment. They cancelled the day they were to come and changed it to next day which was inconvenient for me. Oh yes, they said I would have to pay for future caulks after the 2nd time. No more!! Caulking does not help. I also asked Chris for a quote on a pergola. I received that promptly the next day. However, I did email questions and I was told it would be discussed when they next saw me. It would have taken 1 min. to answer by email. Of course, I wouldn't consider this company again for anything. I don't understand all the 5 stars when I was treated so poorly. I treated them with respect and gave of my time and money and I expected the same in return.
