  • First of all their customer service is the worst that I've ever experienced. I travel for a living but I was here on vacation with my family. They have one, at most two desks open for check-in and it takes forever. Same thing for check out. And the people behind the desk and the managers(who I complained to) couldn't care less. On top of that when we checked in they upsold us to a better room for another $25 a night. If the room they gave us was a premium room, that I'd hate to see what the regular one looked like. It was a total joke and a waste of money. The location of the hotel is great and the casino was very nice. But the customer service experience pushed the rating way down in my eyes. I would never go back.
