  • DONT SIGN CONTRACT!!! I have been a member for a year now and have only been able to do 4 massages because the lack of time. So when my year contract was up, naturally I would not re-sign another year contract when I can't find time to use it. They continued to charge me for a new year contract when I specifically told them I didn't want to re-sign. Then I come to find out I was suppose to sign a cancellation form for them to stop automatically taking money out of my account! So I tell them okay I will sign now that I know but I want a refund for this month. They told me a manager had to talk to me but wasn't sure when one would be in, but would have them call me right away. This was 2 weeks ago and I have called 3 times since receiving the same response and NO call! This is very frustrating and VERY unprofessional. And then when I know I have 8 massages left, they tell me that if I cancel I have within 30 days to use up my 8 massages that I paid for!! Their contracts are a SCAM! Had I known all this when I signed up, I would NEVER have signed up!
