rev:text	I am so distraught, I am writing this review in hopes that NO ONE has to go through what I am going through. Customer Service is a Joke, in fact there is no customer service. No supervisor is available when you call, and I was given a phone number to reach someone and they would not transfer me to the extension. Really???? We needed a new Mattress and have had trouble finding what we wanted at the price point we wanted. We checked out living spaces and had a good experience inside the store but should have used the sense God gave me, and ran out of the store when they made me sign a disclaimer that the mattress could not be returned. You are thinking "yes, you are dumb". However, when the mattress arrived it was as hard as a rock. I thought, it just needs time to expand, but when we went to bed it was like sleeping on a fabric covered board. I finally got up at four because my back and joints hurt like I had slept on the floor all night. The next night wasn't any better. I called and asked if the mattress could have been miss-tagged. At first they offered to send someone out and look at it, but it would cost me $99. I said I was willing to pay, but then they said, oh, I guess we can't send someone for that mattress. Your just stuck with what you bought. They gave me the name of the manufacturer and hung up. After another phone call, I realized, I had already been documented by the first phone call and there was no way they were going to help me. Do I feel scammed? yes, I am out nineteen hundred dollars and I don't even have my old bed to sleep on. How do these people sleep at night?
