  • After a recent trip to Tokyo, visiting Tokyo Discount was like a quick trip down memory lane. My husband and I only recently stepped foot inside this store, and we had no idea there are about 4 locations spread across Vegas. Tokyo Discount has all sorts of goodies, such as Japanese specialty foods and candy, Gundam and Pop figurines, Pokemon collectibles, and Asian beauty products. While they do carry green tea flavored Kit Kats, they unfortunately don't carry the tastier strawberry flavored Kit Kats. Since my husband is a huge Godzilla fan, we stocked up on all things Gojira. We scored a battery powered Godzilla piggy bank, 2004 and 2014 Godzilla figurines, and a giant Pop Godzilla. We'll definitely be swinging by more often. PRO-TIP: If they don't have something in stock, the cashier can check other stores and have it delivered to your home store for later pick-up. YELP'S 2018 REVIEW CHALLENGE: #21
