  • I was hesitant to post this review, but I had quite a disappointing experience here. Being new to Las Vegas, I needed to get my car smogged. The service was done properly, yet, they lost my keys!! My car had to be moved during the wait and I had my second set on me (remember, I moved to Vegas a week before). When the service was done, second set is nowhere to be found. The technician who had the key said he never had them. I have called multiple times since the incident and no one has found the key. Now, after multiple calls to talk to a manager, who has dodged me, nor called me back, I see that they will not take responsibility!!! So, I cannot recommend this shop. How secure would anything be if they can't keep track of your car keys!!!
