When a steak restaurant is known for its bread, you've got a problem.
The 2 stars are for the historial importance of the place - it's been around forever. I want to like it, but it's really not that good. Waited for about 10 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order and by then we were ready to order. I'm not a big steak eater so I got the Balsamic Chicken - everyone else in my party got steak. Another 30 minutes go by, still no food and we're starting to worry we will be late for our show at Gammage. Food shows up, 2 of the steaks are undercooked and have to be sent back to cook more. My chicken was nothing special - I could have made it at home for about a third of the price (chicken breast topped with sauteed cherry tomatoes, some parmesan cheese and a touch of balsamic vinegar.). It tasted fine, but not a $16 dish. All in all, a $100 dinner for four (no alcohol/apps/dessert) is way too much for generic food.
