  • STOP! call enterprise or discount! or a car rental company that ACTUALLY CARES. This review is for the Jane and Wilson location specifically, but if this company employs any person as rude as Manuel, who claims to be regional manager, then it's a wonder how they can possibly stay in business. I have never had the displeasure of being so disrespected by someone who's primary responsibility is to ensure people are having a good experience. This individual certainly needs customer service training. I was blatently insulted while trying to calmly convey my dissatisfaction as the car that was provided was dirty internally and externally, had no windshield wiper fluid and less than 1/8th of a tank of gas (gas light went on within a few minutes of driving it). If you need a car for anything more than a driveway ornament i would DEFINITELY NOT get a car from Alltime. i have rented cars in the past and i would never reccomend this sorry excuse.
