  • ENVIRONMENT Beautiful modern take on traditional French architecture with some Art Deco influencers. The bar is amazing with gorgeous brass suspended shelves. APPS Bone Marrow - Excellent! Marinated very well and just the perfect serving. Escargot - Tasty little morsels served in a puff pastry. A good gateway for anyone trying escargot for the first time. French Onion Soup - Very well done. The croutons have a unique flavor that changes up the traditional dish. ENTREE Filet Mignon - Ordered rare and it was cooked perfectly. The piece of meat was exceptional and tender. Maine Lobster Thermidor - Delicious and creamy dish with hints of dill. Seabass - Great quality fish that is lightly seasoned with oil and lemon. This is my go to when I don't wan something heavy and rich. SIDES Green Beans - garnished with almonds. This is my favorite preparation of green beans. It's salty lemon goodness.
