  • I called today to ask if they had Celeb Luxury color deposit shampoos here. The girl who answered the phone sounded like she couldn't be less enthusiastic about her job, and immeadiately said "I don't think so, that doesn't sound very familiar", and then said nothing. I didn't want to be mean and tell her to check since she wasnt sure. She didn't even say they had other color deposit shampoos available. What's the point in asking about stock if you aren't even going to check? Horrible customer service.
