rev:text	I have been going to the office for 4years. I have never been treated so bad and with complete disrespect. I had setup an appointment for May 21st, 2016 @ 1130Am. When I called today to confirm the time of my appointment I was told it was setup for June the 21st. I explained that for the last 4yrs I have been coming in once a month on or near the 22nd of the month. I was directed to the their office manager, KIMBERLY TITUS, who was so rude and accused me of being a drug seeker and that the only reason I was making an issue out of this was due to me wanting my narcotics. Yes, I get a pain medication once a month due to knee issues, 2 knee surgeries, But not one time did I make it about my pain medication. She explained to me that SHE was gong to make sure that I do not get my pain medication tomorrow and that I will be out sourced to pain management. I even asked her if she was accusing me of being a Junkie or to be drug seeking and her reply "YES". I could not believe how unprofessional and insensitive she was being. I never said anything about my medication or what I was taking or needing. All I was trying to do was to get the mistake the office made with my appointment corrected. She has no business working with the public. She is an evil, cruel, no remorse having person. She really needs to take an sensitivity class and learn how to speak properly to someone when dealing with the public. MOSTLY when dealing with peoples personal medical health. I would never trust her with access to my medical records. She is beyond untrusting and should never be allowed to over see other people.
