  • I just had them out yesterday to take a look at our back patio, I have been seeing bees going in and out a hole in the stucco. I called on Friday and they were swamped so we made the appointment for Saturday between 8-9. I received a call at 7:00am asking to move my appointment because they were overbooked, which was no big deal, luckily we had nothing going on. So we agreed to an appt between 3-4. At 12:00 there was a knock on the door, they just showed up! No one called ahead of time to ask if we were home and I was actually on my way out the door to go Easter shopping. Anyway, the employee took a look and seemed to do a pretty thorough job. He sprayed where there were openings and we were fortunate enough that I caught it before they started to make a hive. They gave me a 3 month guarantee. Total cost $175 Overall I would say that I think they are a good company, I honestly wish they had been more organized because it caused me to run behind all the things I needed to do for last minute preparations for Easter.
