rev:text	This is the first time I've been to the park rd location as the Ballantyne location is closer to me. The atmosphere at Park road is by far better than Ballantyne but that's about it. We had a large party, and since they didn't take reservations until after 830 we pushed back when we were planning on eating until 830 to ensure seats and good service with such a large group. This was not the case. At least we had a table right away but the service was terrible. It took almost 30 minutes after our drink orders were placed for our first drinks to arrive. They were just passed down the table for us to pick which one we thought we ordered. After being there for an hour we had to flag down the waitress to ask if we could order food, she said she was waiting for us to get settled. We'd been there for an hour. We were settled. Food was good per usual (except they "ran out" of the one thing I wanted), and came out in a decently timely manner especially compared to the speed of the drinks. Waters weren't refilled unless asked, and never once were we checked on unless we flagged down the waitress. I'm a pretty patient person and I understand we were a big party and things get busy. But the rest of the restaurant was pretty empty (especially after an hour into being there), there were tons of empty tables, and plenty of other employees standing around literally doing nothing, or giving back rubs to each other standing behind our table. I felt like someone should have stepped in to help out since there were plenty of people around to do it. Food, drinks, and company were good. I think I'll stick to the Ballantyne location from now on!
