Had a collision and Geico sent me to Gerber. They had my GL450 for about 3 weeks and when I went to pick up the vehicle, there were still some items that were not fixed. The main thing that got me thinking about this establishment as to not being thorough was my steering wheel was crooked as ever when they drove the vehicle around the building for pick-up. Don't you think that if the steering wheel on a 60k car is crooked, something is probably our of place?Especially if it is there to be repaired. Apparently, if its only cosmetic damage, then the repairs would be fine. Unfortunately, they do not look for any underlying damages. Had a mirror that was damaged during the collision, and because it was not damaged cosmetically, it was not repaired. These mirrors go back automatically. Before the collision they worked, afterwards they don't. I told the adjuster and the worker at Gerber this and they basically said I have to prove the damages. Unbelievable. Not happy at all with this establishment. Next time I will demand my choice of the repair facility and it will not be this place.
