  • My sisters and I found Sonya on Groupon.. We went in for our first appt and put a deposit of $75 and were told that we would pay the difference the day of our procedure. The day of the procedure she told my sisters it would be an additional $50 per hour *this was not discussed prior to the appt* In my experience her work was great however Sonya gave me awful customer service after. She told me to contact her to set up my retouch after 14days and it would be $75 that if I went pass 6wks it would be $100 and up. I texted her twice and she took a wk to respond. She then told me that the only appts available were after my 6wks so I would not be honored the rate of $75. I told her it wasn't my fault that she never got back to me and she said for me to find another artist. She is not professional at all. She charged more then what her Groupon offer was to begin with..she charged me for 30mins extra and on top of that she refused to honor the original retouch rate after she ignored several of my messages. Work on your customer service and honor your rates!! Business lost 3 customers that were more then pleased with her work. Found a new artist in Phoenix area that has great rates and excellent costumer service!
