  • We had NSC do the floor in a condo we were selling and do more extensive work in our house. The condo work required additional stripping due to sticky residue. They charged more and did a good job, but not all the residue was removed (I was able to remove it myself with some additional cleaning). The work on our house involved cleaning both ceramic tile and cleaning, honing, repairing, and polishing travertine in our bathroom. The work they did on the ceramic tile was nothing short of amazing, the tile and the grout look brand-new, despite being 20 years old. The travertine work also was excellent, the floor looks new. I'm taking off a star because despite our discussing the refinishing of the travertine step up to the tub, and the travertine surrounding the tub, when the time came for the work they said they couldn't do it. So, I recommend them as they do excellent work, but make certain your written quote includes all the work you want done. Highly recommended.
