  • Run as fast as you can and never look back! My father has been at Plaza since May of 2017. He had a trach so we had no other options except Plaza. Upstairs in the acute part is ok, and some of the nurses and CNA's really care. It's the ones who don't follow the Dr's orders that are the problem. I just admitted my father tonight to the hospital due to them neglecting his catheter and he had 5000cc's of urine in his bladder, the nurse said his bladder could have collapsed! This is not the first time! Not to mention the raw chicken he was served, filthy sheets with feces left on his bed, and just downright dirty conditions. My father will not be returning. There are a few gems there, but unfortunately those staff members can't make up for the ones who don't do their job. And the administration is horrible along with the social services and case management. If you can choose DON'T choose this place!
