  • Me and my wife are always going to see the newest movies as soon as they come out. Last night we went to see the new jurassic world movie in IMAX, well we had a bit of a poor experience with one of the ticket counter employees. We did not receive one of our rewards. Regardless, I called the theater and spoke to them regarding the issue and one manager in particular went above and beyond "Drake" not only helped us to resolve the issue but also expressed how sorry he was for the incident and reimbursed us for our reward and much more! That was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Great customer service! "Thank you Drake!"
