I am a little concerned that my following review was tagged as "not recommended" by Yelp. I definitely did business with this location and I reported them to the UPS franchisor. I believe the "new ownership" is in response to my complaints. YELP: Please recommend my review as it is accurate. I don't like feeling like YELP censors reviews:
"This store does NOT adhere to their posted business hours. If you are looking for a place where you can count on the business being open...this is NOT the place. In addition, when I went into the store today to pick up my packages, I was told to say "please' in order to get my packages. Lousy way to do business."
